Tidapay - Waiting Period for First Transfer on Tidapay

A waiting period of 7 days is typically applied for the first transfer. This period is enforced as a risk mitigation measure and cannot be waived.

First Transfer Waiting Period

Your first transfer will generally be available seven days after adding your bank account and successfully making your first payment on Tidapay. For certain business sectors, this period may extend to 14 days, or even 30 days in countries like Brazil. For the complete list of transfer frequencies categorized by country and sector, please refer to our documentation.

This allows Tidapay to mitigate some of the inherent risks associated with credit services. You cannot be exempted from this initial transfer waiting period. Any changes to the transfer frequency or method will only take effect after this waiting period has passed.

The estimated transfer date can be found on the Balances page of the Dashboard. If you haven't received your funds after this date:

  • Your account may not have been verified yet. Please check your inbox to see if you need to provide additional information to complete this process.
  • This could be due to bank processing times. Weekends and holidays may also extend the timelines. Once your transfer is processed by the bank, they will automatically release the funds to your bank account.
